Certified n8n Expert Partner
From a domain name to a certified n8n Expert Partner in nine months. No shortcuts. No growth hacks. Just a clear thesis, a small team, and fifty automations that had to survive production before anyone outside the company cared who we were.

Our Journey
The Bet
We started with a thesis, not a client. One platform: n8n. One promise: production-grade automation, not demos. Name registered, domain live, website up. Zero revenue, zero logos — just a position we believed and the willingness to prove it the slow way.
We Launched. Then We Built.
From that month forward, one thing mattered: building. Sales assistants inside Slack. Multi-agent content pipelines. Autonomous voice agents. Revenue engines wiring CRM → enrichment → outreach. Every single one had the same requirement: error handling, monitoring, documentation. The ability to survive contact with production. 50+ automations deployed across digital agencies, SaaS, fintech, real estate, and e-commerce.
We Stopped Talking to Ourselves
We ran our first AI automation night in Belgrade. ~100 people — developers, operators, founders. We brought three people from n8n's product team into the room. The community side of n8n Lab stopped being a whiteboard plan. We weren't building on n8n in private anymore. We were standing in front of a hundred people, putting our name next to it, with the people who build the platform beside us.
The First Real Partnership Conversation
We talked to the n8n partner program. We didn't show up asking for a logo — we showed up with deployments, case studies, a defined delivery process. n8n doesn't hand out Expert Partner status on self-reported claims. They vet on demonstrated capability. That's exactly why the status is worth having.
Official
n8n Lab is a certified n8n Expert Partner. The certification didn't create the work — the work created the certification. We didn't become capable because n8n recognized us. n8n recognized us because we'd already proven it — fifty-plus times, in production, for real companies.
What We Actually Learned
Four things held up across all nine months.
Specialization beats generalism. Especially early.
Going deep on one platform let us build expertise that a multi-platform shop structurally can't. When a prospect needs self-hosted n8n with compliance requirements, depth is the only answer.
Recognition follows work, not the other way around.
Every credential, every partnership, every piece of inbound interest traced back to automations that already worked. Build first. The recognition is downstream.
Community is not a marketing channel.
The March event wasn't a lead-gen tactic. It was us putting real expertise in a room and standing behind it in public. The relationships that followed were a consequence of being genuinely useful.
The team is the moat.
No founder built fifty automations alone. Behind every system is a team of engineers who treated each build like it had their name on it — because it did. The certification belongs to all of them.
Where We Go From Here
The Expert Partner status is a starting line, not a finish line. The bet that began this — that growth-stage companies need depth, not dabbling — is more correct now than it was when we started n8n Lab.
The work ahead is the same work that got us here: build AI automation systems that actually run, for companies tired of manual operations holding their growth hostage.
